Description
The people who translated `es-419` from #5269 provided the following feedback about the Keyman for Windows 15.0.68 alpha build
I (@darcywong00) note the point about the social media page is an embedded web page which isn't localized.

* After restart installer in en: after Keyman asks for a Windows restart to finish installation, the installer pops back up in English.

* First launch: similarly, the first launch of the app defaults again to English, even though I chose Spanish during installation.

* Social media: the content of the social media tab is en English.
----
* Text editor: the File menus and the help messages that pop up when you hover your mouse over buttons are in English.
----
* Keyboard shortcut: the name of the combining keys in the shortcut tab and in the shortcut editor are in English.
----
* Keyman settings manager: the interface is in English.
