Description
**Describe the bug**
The underlying characters on the Desktop layout are not capitalized while those of the touch layouts are.
On Desktop layout:
On touch layout(s) - tablet shown below:
**To Reproduce**
1. In the .kmn enables "Underlying characters" for both Desktop OSK and Touch layouts
2. Build and test layout on web and compare it with the OSK
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
The capitalization should be consistent across platform, shouldn't it?
