Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The whole concept of 'Don't Show Again' needs to be revisited to make it less obtrusive to end users. Not sure how to do this, but the more friction we can take out, the better. This is particularly true for the hint dialogs which are large and slowish (being html).
**Describe the solution you'd like**
**Hints**
Checkbox here is called 'Don't show again'.
Hints should probably go away of their own accord and stop appearing themselves after a bit. We could use Windows' own notification system for hints.
**Splash**
Checkbox here is called 'Show on startup'. Note inconsistency with Hints.
Splash dialog probably is not needed after first install? Or at all? Perhaps only when no keyboards are installed? Or, just start the app and point the user to the Configuration through a balloon.
What if we made the checkbox auto-uncheck once keyboards are installed?
