Description
**Describe the bug**
If you uninstall Keyman and immediately reinstall it, the previously installed keyboards may still be visible. However, they cannot be modified or reinstalled correctly.
Furthermore, after a restart, Keyman appears to have installed *all* suggested languages for all keyboards. (This may have happened with a 14.0->15.0 upgrade)
I need to do some more testing on this to build a full repro but didn't want to lose this information.
