Description
**Describe the bug**
Uncheck a keyboard on the Keyboard Layout tab to disable it, but the keyboard does not disappear from the Hotkeys tab.
The keyboard is still visible in the Hotkeys tab:
The keyboard is unchecked in Keyboard Layouts tab:
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to 'Configuration'
2. Click on the checkbox next to a keyboard
3. Click on the Hotkeys tab
4. See error
**Expected behavior**
The disabled keyboard should not be visible in the keyboard list on Hotkeys tab.
