bug(android): the globe key does not work when accessing from Dex

**Describe the bug**

When trying to switch between keyboard from Samsung Dex by clicking on the keyboard on Dex's taskbar, the Keyman keyboard pops up on the phone. However, the globe key is not responsive. Nothing happens when pressed on.


**To Reproduce**

Set up Keyman as a system and default keyboard on the [Samsung] phone, then connect the phone to the PC:
1. On PC, open Samsung Dex
2. Click on the keyboard icon on the Dex's taskbar
3. Keyman keyboard should appear on the phone
4. Press on the globe key to switch between keyboard
5. See error

**Expected behavior**

The globe key should be working as usual when triggered from Dex.
