[iOS] TextView remains RTL when switching to non-RTL keyboard

In the Keyman app, after switching from a RTL keyboard (eg. Hebrew) to a standard LTR keyboard, the TextView remains RTL.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Type two lines of text using the English Eurolatin 2 keyboard

2. Switch to the Hebrew keyboard

3. Switch back to the English Eurolatin 2 keyboard

4. The TextView remains RTL after deleting all text via backspace or clearing text from the menu
