Description
**Describe the bug**
The OSK is shown if it is enabled before Windows is logged. For instance, I was using OSK when typing, but then I locked my Windows. Now this is what I see once it's locked.
**Expected behavior**
No OSK should shown on lock screen if Keyman is inactive.
