Description
If a UTF-16 encoded wordlist is loaded in Keyman Developer, the model editor should offer to convert it to UTF-8. This helps with maintenance of wordlists in Git.
Similarly, the lm compiler should probably warn or hint when a UTF-16 encoded file is found.
