feat(android/app): Fix adapters refreshing in the "Settings" menu

With the "Settings" menu in Keyman 12, the adapter lists aren't refreshing until the user exits and re-enters the menu.

This can be observed in the bugginess when keyboards/dictionaries get installed/uninstalled
