feat(web): Suggestions for improving usability of FV Keyboard (and Keyman) on iPad

The teachers and some of our helpful friends from Apple had some suggestion to improve the Keyman keyboard (for iPad):

1. Similar to the native ipad keyboard, pull down to access special character, rather than hold then slide up. This would make typing smoother and quicker.
2. Keyboard hide key, as some places the autohide doesn’t work. add a keyboard hide button similar to the native ipad keyboard.
3. Location of the delete key in the top right-hand corner. This is a special request from typist using the keyboard. See the layout of the native ipad keyboard attached.

I'm guessing that there are many other considerations shaping the design and layout of these keyboards.
