Check caps rules on Swiss French (German?) keyboard per the description in Marc Durdin's IUC38 presentation (https://drive.google.com/a/sil.org/file/d/0B9F211C5qoSQaHUzS0Y5UW1zUjQ/view?usp=sharing), to make sure mnemonic recompiler supports them.

Can you type É on Swiss-French keyboard?

No, [Shift] + [é] won’t work

You have to type [Caps Lock], [é]
