Description
**Describe the bug**
As I was working on Keyman11, I found out that the PhraseExpress program clashes with Keyman 11. Autotext in PhraseExpress does not work at all with Keyman 11 isatallation.
PhraseExpress works fine with Keyman 9 but not with Keyman11.
