feat(windows): update the keyboard uninstall icon to

The icon that is used in the Windows Start Menu with keyboard uninstall links is stylistically out of place with other Keyman icons and imagery. It is also different from the more common uninstall icons and its purpose does not seem intuitive.

I suggest using something more mnemonic of the "uninstall" or "remove" notion, such as a trash can, recycle bin, maybe the keyman logo with a red "x", etc.
