[Developer] Add Content Filters to KPS Package Details Menus

This is an enhancement suggestion to update the "Readme file" dropdown menu, on the KPS "Package Details" screen, to only display options for files that have a .htm or .html file extension. Likewise the "Image file" dropdown menu should only display options for supported filetypes (like .bmp , .png, etc).
