Description
`kmwuitoggle.ts` defines the hotkeys CTRL+/ to toggle to and from default keyboard, SHIFT+CTRL+/ to cycle among available keyboards in sequence, and ALT+/ to hide the OSK.
These hotkeys work, but produce output.
Testable for example with `web/src/samples/simplest/index.html`.
