docs(web): update keyboard names in `full-manual-control` sample

The ["Manual Control - Custom Interface"](https://help.keyman.com/developer/engine/web/18.0/guide/examples/full-manual-control) sample has two Korean keyboards that mention "30 Day Evaluation" in the keyboard name. This is confusing and should be removed if all the Keyman keyboards distributed on keyman.com are open source and free to use.
