Description
> In addition to the described formatting issue (#11893), when any Keyman keyboard is turned on, the formatting or editing shortcuts don't work on the first try most of the time.
> I have to press, say, Ctrl+C or Ctrl+X twice in a row for the selected segment to really get copied or cut.
> Same goes for formatting shortcuts: Ctrl+B or Ctrl+I need to be pressed twice to make the text bold or italics.
> In fact, it makes working with Keyman on Word quite excruciating. You never know whether you should press a keyboard combination once or twice (because in rare cases it still works when pressing just once, and when I switch to a non-Keyman keyboard layout it's always once)...
>
> Interestingly, all of it seems not to happen when just one Word file is opened (everything seems to work fine), but when there are several of them, these issues with Keyman / Word interaction start — so they seem to be additionally dependent on RAM / CPU levels (?).
