### Describe the bug
OSK does not appear automatically when changing the keyboard.
### Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce:
1. Installed the "Keyman-19.0.105-alpha" build.
2. Launch the Keyman app.
3. Set Keyman as the default system keyboard on the "Get Started" page.
4. Install the "khmer_angkor" keyboard.
5. Open the Chrome browser.
6. Navigate to any online text editor. (editpad.org)
7. Click in the text space area.
8. Open the keyboard picker by pressing the globe key.
9. Select the "Euro Latin" keyboard.
Here, OSK does not appear automatically.
