Description
### Describe the bug
I'm using Khmer Angkor keyboard (v2.2) on macOS Sequoia (v15.6). In Chrome (v139.0.7258.128), when trying to type using the keyboard in the body section of Google Keep entry, English characters are output instead of Khmer. In the title of the entry though, output Khmer characters. Please see the screenshot attached.
