### Describe the bug

the keyboard picker disappears when switching from landscape view to portrait view. the keyboard's help appears in the small view.

### Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Keyman-19.0.93-alpha.apk build in the Android device or emulator.
2. Accept all the Android permission requests for storage.
3. Open the Keyman app.
4. On the "Get Started" dialog.
5. Check the "Enable Keyman as system-wide keyboard" box.
6. Check the "Set the keyboard as the default keyboard" box.
7. Turn the mobile from landscape to portrait view.
8. Click the globe button to open the keyboard picker.
9. Click the help icon to open the keyboard's help dialog.
10. Tap on the QR and scroll down.
11. Turn the mobile from portrait to landscape view.
Actual Results: Here, the keyboard picker disappears, and then the keyboard's help appears in the small view.
