bug(android): Android GDrive Doesn't Refresh on 2nd Access

### Describe the bug

On an Android device, when a keyboard is installed using the Google Drive option from "Install from local file", the file listing does not update when the GDrive folder is visited again to install an update. A directory refresh is needed but is not being performed.

This may also be an issue on iPhone, I do not have the Google Drive app installed there to test.orm

### Reproduce the bug

1. Place a new `.kmp` file into a folder in GDrive.
2. Install Keyboard or Dictionary > Install from local file > (select Drive)
3. Navigate in GDrive to the folder with the .kmp file, select (notice the timestamp)
4. Complete installation.
5. Rebuild and upload the `.kmp` file (replacing old with new).
6. Repeat step (2).
7. The Keyman app will go automatically to GDrive and the last folder, however the contents shown are unchanged. The `.kmp` file displayed is the original one (notice the timestamp)
8. Exit Keyman (or at least abort the installation)
9. Open the Google "Drive" app.
10. Navigate to the folder with the `.kmp` file, and confirm the file date.
11. Repeat step (2).
12. Note that the GDrive folder is now refreshed and the updated `.kmp` file is displayed.

Step (10) might be optional, step (9) may have forced the refresh.

### Expected behavior

The file listing should update each time the folder is accessed.
