bug(ios): "Update available" notification appears for keyboard updates when turn off the internet connection.

### Describe the bug

"Update available" appears repeatedly when the device is offline. I think it should display a "No internet" connection message instead of that notification.

### Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install "Keyman-19.0.59-alpha" build on 06/06/2025.
2. On the "Get Started" dialog.
3. Check the "Enable Keyman as system-wide keyboard" box.
4. Install the older version of khmer_angkor.kmp package by clicking three dots --> keyman settings --> Install from file.
5. Force-quit the Keyman app,
6. Relaunch the Keyman app
7. Return to the "Installed Languages" list by clicking the three dots --> settings --> installed languages.
8. Verified that the "Update available" notification should visibly appear with a green background.
9. Turn off the internet on your mobile.
10. Relaunch the Keyman app
11. Return to the "Installed Languages" list by clicking the three dots --> settings --> installed languages.
12. Click the "Update available" on the green notification.
13. Verified that the "update successful" appears.
14. Go back to the "Keyman Settings" and then return to the "installed languages"

Actual Results: Here, the "Update available" notification shows up in green. Thus, "Update available" appears repeatedly when the device is offline. I think it should display a "No internet" connection message instead of that notification.
