bug(ios): Unable to type in the browser window using Keyman's OSK.

### Describe the bug

The focus does not move in the search box instead, the cursor appears in the Keyman's editor while typing OSK.

### Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Keyman-19.0.240-alpha.dmg build from the "TestFlight" app
2. On the "Get Started" dialog.
3. Check the "Enable Keyman as system-wide keyboard" box.
4. Click the browser icon to open the browser and navigate to [www.google.com](http://www.google.com/)
5. Observed that the Keyman keyboard dialog does not appear.
6. Click the blue colour globe icon at the bottom of the mobile.
7. Select the keyboard.
8. Observed that the OSK keyboard appears.
9. Type a word using OSK.
10. Observed that the cursor does not appear anywhere on the Google search page.
Actual Results: Pull down the browser window and then enter the word that appears in the keyman's editor page.
