Description

### Describe the bug

"Unknown locale" appears, or "English(India)" appears under the "Keyboard Layouts" pane.

### Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Keyman-19.0.33.exe alpha build.
2. Start the Keyman app.
3. Open the configuration dialog.
4. Open the "Keyboard Configuration" window.
5. Click on the "Keyboard Layouts" tab.
6. Install the EuroLatin SIL by clicking the "Download keyboard" button.
7. Add another language by clicking the add/remove language button for the "EuroLatin" keyboard.
8. Navigate to the "Hotkeys" tab. Observed that the keyboard name appears under the "Keyboard Layouts".
9. Click on the "Keyboard Layouts" tab.
10. Remove a first language by clicking the add/remove language button for the "EuroLatin" keyboard.
11. Navigate to the "Hotkeys" tab.
Actual Results: Here, "Unknown locale" appears, or "English(India)" appears under the "Keyboard Layouts" pane.
