bug(android): "Install Updates" menu notification doesn't disappear after installing keyboard updates

### Describe the bug

1. The last keyboard does not install when trying to install multiple keyboards(back to back)
2. The Keyman app freezes when pressing the back button on the mobile
3. Sometimes, Observed that the "Install updates" did not disappear from the menu.

### Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Keyman-18.0.235.apk stable build.
2. Start the Keyman app.
3. Click on the three dots and then select the "Settings" options.
4. Observed that the "Keyman Settings" page appears.
5. Click the "Install Keyboard or Dictionary / Install from local File..." option to install the SIL_IPA (1.8.6), Khmer_angkor (2.0), and Cameroon QWERTY(6.0.2) keyboards in an older version.
6. Return to the Keyman's notes option.
7. Click on the three dots and then observe that the "Install Updates" appears.
8. Observed that the alert dialog appears to install the keyboards(back to back)
9. Press the back button on the mobile.
Actual Results: The Keyman app freezes when pressing the back button on the mobile. Hence, I pressed the back button twice to exit the app.

2. Observed that the alert dialog appears to install the keyboards(back to back)
3. Click the "Download" button, which has the latest updates.
Actual Results:
Observed that the toast message appeared for two keyboards, and the third keyboard did not update.
Observed that the "Install updates" did not disappear from the menu.

Note: In the Physical device, I could not see the “Install Updates” from the menu
