bug(ios): "update available" does not work outside of "Installed Languages" but can appear outside of it

Other observation notes:

- The "Update available" notification appears on the "Keyman Settings" page when returning from "Installed Languages".
- Installation does not happen when clicking the "Update Available" on the "Keyman Settings"
- The "Update available" notification needs to disappear on the "Keyman Settings" page when returning from "Installed Languages".
- The "Update available" notification appears on the "Adjust Keyboard Height" page

"Update Available" does operate on any submenu _within_ "Installed Languages", but not outside of it.
