feat(ios): support App Configuration Policies to simplify keyboard deployment in organizations

> Is there any way I can use an App Configuration Policy in Intune to automatically add the Tsilqhotin keyboard? An app configuration policy allows me to input XML configuration keys and values for other apps to automatically configure them for our organisation but I am not sure if the keyman iOS app has such options. If anyone has any ideas on how to get around this issue it would be much appreciated, thanks.
