feat(web): I want to add differ tonation feature in the lexical model

I want to add differ tonation feature in the lexical model
In Vietnamese and Taiwanese languages, Tonations really matter and they will determine the meaning of words.
If we don't differ tonation, building a lexical model will be impossible for those languages.
Those languages simply don't work in English and French's way.
Is it possible to add a tik box in the keyman developper. We will just use one or multiple tik box for us to select the effort we want.
