chore(developer): refresh test fixtures for kmcmplib with recent keyboards repo commit

Several keyboards have been removed from the `--full-test` in kmcmplib, as the version captured in the fixture has known issues:
* anii, sil_kmhmu: case mismatches in filename references
* fv_statimcets, fv_nuucaanul: U+2002 not recognized as whitespace on mac arch
* masaram_gondi: use of non-BMP chars in keystroke part of rule, resolved in #11806

We should address the U+2002 whitespace match to make it cross-platform consistent in the compiler; the other keyboard issues have already been cleaned up in the keyboards repository.
