bug(web): hosted keyboard kmw_helpfile has poor formatting

I don't like the bullets leaking off the left side of the page. But, most other keyboards using this feature look the same.

Given this is happening for many keyboards, I think we could find mitigations, perhaps shadow dom is appropriate? (#4881)
