feat(developer): add orientation rotation in the web test

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The keyboard layout in phone form factor does not have a way to change its orientation to landscape.

The keyboard layout in tablet form factor does not have a way to change its orientation to portrait.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Please add a button to change orientation so that we can test the keyboard layout in all possible orientation without having to install the keyboard underdevelopment on the device/simulator.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

For the time being, the keyboard underdevelopment has to be installed on a separate device and/or simulator to be able to test out their orientations.
