Created while investigating #10673
Currently, the ModelPickerActivity is a way to manage what lexical-models are installed/uninstalled for a specific language.
Now that Khmer has two+ lexical-models, we should add a feature to be able to choose one in the model picker to be active (without having to uninstall one)
