[Mac] Keys entered using OSK do not trigger replacements in "legacy" client apps

The mouse click (down/up) events in the OSK are incorrectly interpreted as signaling a possible context change, therefore any "legacy" apps that are incapable of reporting the actual context at the insertion point cause the engine context to be completely discarded each time a keypress occurs on the OSK. Thus all replacement rules in the keyboard are effectively ignored.
