Description

### Describe the bug

I noticed that after typing 'n >' in the Chrome search bar, it produces the wrong output 'nŋ'.

### Reproduce the bug

1. Install Keyman 17.0.237-alpha on macOS Sonoma.
2. Open Keyman Configurtaion dialog.
3. Download and install 'SIL (IPA)' keyboard.
4. Open Chrome browser.
5. Switch to 'sil (IPA)' keyboard.
6. Type 'n >' .

I noticed that it produces the wrong the output nŋ.

Note: I tested it on the Chrome browser in Windows, and it shows the expected result: 'ŋ'.

### Expected behavior

Typing 'n >' characters should output 'ŋ' on the Chrome Search bar.
