Can we run tests which are runnable?

I see tests are disabled:

And also there are test failures; see: https://github.com/keylime/keylime/issues/641.

That said, does it make sense to run tests which can be run? I know we ought to disable some of them for sure but maybe that's worth doing since it'd enable a few? Let me know what you think?

Start by inspecting rules#L6, where tests are disabled, and review the failures described in keylime/keylime issue 641. Determine which tests can run successfully in this Debian packaging context and define completion as enabling those tests while keeping known-failing tests excluded.
