Description
It should be more obvious to the user that they need to go in and shut down their GCP machine.
Perhaps the playbook itself could do so automatically after a certain elapsed time (not sure if this is possible).

Research direction
Review the repository's setup instructions and scripts to understand how the GCP machine is created and how users are told to shut it down. Determine whether the desired outcome is automatic shutdown after an elapsed time or a clearer warning, then define completion around one of those behaviors being documented and verifiable.
