Point out that full line must be tweeted in Twitter verification

When one verifies twitter via keybase app, it says:

"Please publicly tweet the following:

Verifying myself: I am koziej on Keybase.io. scIEb89R-UN7QRHmc7aGc-gSVpEOVquncsms / https://keybase.io/koziej/sigs/scIEb89R-UN7QRHmc7aGc-gSVpEOVquncsms"

It is not entirely obvious that full line is necessary (and not, for instance, part before / or after /). You could add that user should tweet a "full line"

Start from the Twitter verification prompt described in the issue and review the wording around the requested tweet. Update the instruction so users know to tweet the full displayed line, including both the verification text and URL; the prompt should make that requirement unambiguous.
