Research direction

Start by reproducing `keybase track someonelse` with the reported Keybase CLI v0.4.9 environment and review the lookup and signature-verification paths implicated by the output. The issue does not name source files or tests; done would mean determining why two objects are returned for the key and preventing the resulting verification failure.
