Description

In the _Bio (clarify yourself for searchers)_-field of [my profile](https://keybase.io/boegh) I'm linking to a more detailed bio. Simply put in as `https://about.me/boegh`. It would be great if links in bio-text was detected automatically and turned into clickable links for others.

As it is only the actual link and not some presented text, that would make for the link, I don't see any safety issues doing this.

Research direction

The issue concerns automatic link detection in the profile Bio field, using https://about.me/boegh as the example. Start by locating the profile Bio rendering and any existing link-handling behavior. Done means a plain URL in Bio is rendered as a clickable link without requiring separate presented text.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
