Support for adding UIDs to key online

It would be also nice if the email you used to sign up to Keybase would be added to your key when you generate one via the web interface.

Start with the web interface flow that generates a Keybase key and inspect how signup email addresses are represented in the generated key. Done means a key created through that interface includes the signup email as a UID, with coverage for the resulting key contents if the project has tests for this flow.
