Keep getting unecessary output (or is it?) regarding passphrase on the key

Everytime I use the command line tools I get output :+1:

You need a passphrase to unlock the secret key for
user: (my info)

But the task completes without actually asking for passphrase.

Start by reproducing the passphrase output with the command line tools and record which command triggers it. Check whether the message is expected when no prompt appears; done means the behavior is clarified and, if unintended, the output no longer appears unnecessarily.
