"error: Failed to parse output of key generation"

I followed the instructions and installed the command line tools. I use Windows 8.1.

I can login but when I try to generate a key I am prompted for the passphrase four times and then "Genrating keys.... Done!"

But after that I get the error `"error: Failed to parse output of key generation"`

Any ideas what can be wrong?
