Description
Using Safari 7.0.2 on OSX 10.9.2 (Build 13C64) only encrypting messages on keybase.io Website works well.
Encrypting AND signing the messages gives an error at the recipient while decrypting:
"Error: Cannot verify username, no self-signed proofs given"
