keybase website seems unable to access some sites?

I got an email that keybase believed the proof for one of my websites was gone, but it is not.

So I tried the "replace" option and it tells me it can't find my domain - but my domain is clearly active and working and has a current and valid certificate: http://www.phildev.net/.well-known/keybase.txt
