Description

I got an email that keybase believed the proof for one of my websites was gone, but it is not.

So I tried the "replace" option and it tells me it can't find my domain - but my domain is clearly active and working and has a current and valid certificate: http://www.phildev.net/.well-known/keybase.txt

Research direction

Start by checking the supplied http://www.phildev.net/.well-known/keybase.txt URL and comparing direct access with the Keybase website's proof replacement lookup. Trace the domain-verification entry point, if identifiable, and reproduce the failure using the reported domain. Done means the cause is documented and the proof is either accepted or the expected failure is clearly explained.
