Public proofs in two places now being flagged as broken-- but aren't

I've been getting emails that both the Twitter/X and the reddit proofs "just broke".
Some differences between app and web front end: app shows it connects to Twitter/X just fine, web site account says not. Reddit profile on both also states as "unreachable" yet clicking on the item takes you directly to the public post on both. This is new today, so unclear if there are issues at their end.

Trace whether the discrepancy comes from proof checking or an external service; done means the source of the false broken status is identified and the affected behavior is verified.
