Description

Fedora 40 WS up to date, same for KeyBase client (installed and up to date as explained here https://keybase.io/docs/the_app/install_linux), auto started.

It just constantly loops in segfaulting, killing whole workstation perf (as APR collects dumps).

Removing it from auto-start apps and reboot helped only.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the repeated Keybase client segfault on an up-to-date Fedora 40 workstation with auto-start enabled, then inspect the APR crash dumps mentioned in the report. Compare behavior with auto-start disabled; the issue is done when the cause is identified and the client no longer repeatedly segfaults under the reported setup.
