Download file is not working

I use Keybase on Windows machine. When I tried to download file it shows green bar on the bottom of the GUI, but then immediately become red and fails:


I can't find any error description, check all app logs also no luck. I've noticed the same problem on other Windows machine couple of months before but thought it was some local problem. Now I have the same problem on other Windows machine (with freshly reinstalled Keybase). Is someone experience the same?

Using console command `keybase fs cp` is working OK.
