Account borked

I had the Keybase app on my phone and laptop. I wasn't able to see any messages on my phone for the last couple of months but haven't needed to use it until this week. Laptop was ok, I reinstalled the app on. my phone but can't recall the passphrase, so I went to add the device on my laptop and I'm logged in, but can't get to any pages or functionality. I was going to reset my account, but it said if there's a bug not to. I still have the application logged in on my laptop so I think it's a bug blocking me from functionality.
