Description
I'm running the Keybase on Ubuntu 22.04. The application is configured to start automatically, and as expected, the tray icon shows in the top right corner of the screen. However, the icon is not responsive at all.
I can see the Keybase services running in the background and properly start/stop the Keybase app from the terminal using the 'run_keybase' command.
```
$ keybase --version
keybase version 6.2.2-20230726175256+4464bfb32d
```
Is there any workaround or fix for this problem?

Research direction
Reproduce the unresponsive tray icon on Ubuntu 22.04 using Keybase version 6.2.2-20230726175256+4464bfb32d, then compare it with starting and stopping the application through the mentioned `run_keybase` command. The issue is done when the tray icon responds and opens the Keybase application while services are running.
